In all cases include DNI, NIE or passport of the applicant by both sides.
You can hide the rest of the data: we only need your full name, the document number and its validity date. *
Employed individuals
- » Latest payslip
Pensioners
- » Certificate from the public administration recognizing the benefit
- » Bank statement proving receipt of the benefit
Self-employed individuals
- » Latest Model 130 or 131
- » Latest Model 303
Income obtained abroad
- » Official documentation proving income
- » Bank statements of income received in the last 3 months
Students
- » Enrollment certificate for the current course or student ID card.
- » Proof of own income or income of a guarantor
Companies as tenants
- » Latest VAT return (model 303).
- » Articles of association or deed of incorporation.
- » DNI or NIE of the administrator or authorized person (both sides).
*In some cases, additional documentation may be requested to complete the evaluation.
