You authorize FINAER COMPAÑÍA DE GARANTÍAS, S.L. to send instructions to your bank to debit your account in accordance with the conditions established in the Guarantee contract, through the direct debit service provider used by Finaer at any given time, and said provider to make debits to your account following Finaer's instructions. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of the contract signed with them. The refund request must be made within eight (8) weeks following the date of the account debit. You declare that you have been informed that you can obtain additional information about your rights by requesting it directly from your financial institution. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Data may be communicated to financial institutions and payment service providers when necessary for the correct execution of the direct debit.
