In all cases include DNI, NIE or passport of the applicant by both sides.
You can send it with sensitive data hidden. We only need your full name, the document number and its validity to be visible *
Employed individuals
- » Latest payslip
Pensioners
- » Certificate from the public administration recognizing the benefit
- » Bank statement proving receipt of the benefit
Self-employed individuals
- » Latest Model 130
- » Latest Model 303
Income obtained abroad
- » Official documentation proving income
- » Bank statements of income received in the last 3 months
Students
- » Enrollment certificate for the current course or student ID card.
- » Proof of own income or income of a guarantor
Companies as tenants
- » Latest VAT return (model 303).
- » Articles of association or deed of incorporation.
- » DNI or NIE of the administrator or authorized person (both sides).
Rental income
- » Lease agreement(s)
- » Latest proofs of rent payment.
*In some cases, additional documentation may be requested to complete the evaluation.
