Although the level of income is an important factor, it is not the only one taken into account. Our Solvency Analysis team evaluates other aspects, such as credit history, job stability, and the type and composition of income. Each application is studied individually. The Finaer guarantee provides: - Economic support in case of non-payment of rent, utilities and community expenses within 5 business days from notification of non-payment, without limit, without delay and until the property is restored, whether or not there is a judicial process; - Compensation for malicious damage caused by the tenant or their pet up to €3,500 (€2,000 in case of room or commercial premises);- Legal defense, with all expenses and court costs included;- Legal management in case of illegal occupation up to 90 days after the guarantee has ended.

Finaer immediately initiates an out-of-court management and activates the guarantee to pay the rents. It is essential to notify the non-payment before the 20th of the month in which it occurred, including the details of the incident.
