Can foreign students or workers obtain a Finaer Guarantee?

Yes, we have an exclusive and unique plan in Spain for international profiles, students, professionals, employees, self-employed, pensioners, retirees, investors, etc.

Yes, it can be contracted at any time, except if there are non-payments or delays in the payment of rent prior to contracting.

The Finaer guarantee covers:
- Payment of rent, utilities and community charges within 5 days of notification of non-payment, without limit, without delay, and until the property is returned, whether or not there are legal proceedings.

- Compensation for malicious damage caused by the tenant or their pets up to €3,500.

- Legal defence, legal expenses and unlimited legal costs.

- Legal management in case of squatting for up to 90 days after the end of the guarantee.

What happens if the tenant leaves before the end of the guarantee period?

Don't worry, we will reserve that credit for your next guarantee.

What happens if my tenant does not pay me?

The owner of the property or the authorised person will have to contact us before the 25th of the same month, indicating the details of the incident of non-payment of rent.

Can I guarantee the rent of my premises?

Yes, Finaer guarantees the rental of all types of properties, both homes and premises, offices, warehouses, garages and plots of land.

Is Finaer an insurance company?

No, Finaer is a rental guarantee company, which allows us a greater capacity for action and adaptation to the reality of the market and above all to the real needs of our clients. Our rental protection is the most complete in the market, while at the same time we improve the accessibility of housing for future tenants by giving them the opportunity to take into account their rents inside or outside Spain.

When and how is the guarantee paid?

The contract for the service is for one year, automatically renewable and is paid annually or in monthly installments.

Are there payment methods?

Yeah. We have different payment methods, by bank card, by transfer or by direct debit. In addition, the guarantees can be paid in up to 6 installments without surcharge.

What requirements are requested to obtain the guarantee?

Be of legal age and have demonstrable income or sufficient guarantors to pay the rent.

What happens if the tenant's submission is not sufficient to qualify for a Finaer Rental Guarantee?

The income of all the people who will be living in the property can be added together, or one or more guarantors can be presented whose income complements the applicant's solvency.

Can this guarantee be taken out if the rental contract is already in progress?

Yes, it can be hired at any time, except if there are non-payments or delays in the payment of the rent prior to hiring.

What does legal advice include?

Unlimited legal advice before, during and after the signing of the lease to clarify any doubts that may arise regarding the drafting or breach of the lease.

What differentiates the Finaer warranty from other competing products?

In the event of non-payment, as there are no limits, no delays and no need for legal action, you will collect your rent within just 5 days of notification of non-payment and you will do so until the property is returned, without having to file lawsuits or get involved in legal paperwork. You will not have to take care of anything.

Can Finaer guarantee temporary rental contracts?

Yes, we guarantee all leases under the LAU (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and under the Civil Code. Tourist rentals are excluded.

How many monthly payments am I guaranteed?

Our Guarantee has UNLIMITED rental protection until the property is returned.
